| 4. | Die Kaution wird 1 Woche nach Abreise zurückerstattet, wenn das Mietobjekt nicht beschädigt ist |
| 5. | Kündigung und Rückzahlung: Bei Kündigung des Mietvertrages 60 Tage oder weniger vor Mietvertragsbeginn sind 50% der Miete fällig. Keine Rückzahlung der Miete erfolgt bei einer Kündigung des Mietvertrages innerhalb von 30 Tagen vor Mietbeginn. Eine Kündigung des Mietvertrages bedarf der Schriftform. Wir empfehlen eine Reiserücktrittsversicherung. Als Inhaber einer Kreditkarte sollten Sie prüfen, ob diese eine Reiseversicherung includiert. |
